Implement interactive stage/unstage

Currently StupidGit can stage/unstage only whole files, not diff hunks. Instead of the GitX way (the diff viewer contains stage/unstage buttons per hunk) it would be much easier and flexible to open the external diff/merge tool with two panels: the version in the working directory and the version in the index. When the diff tool is closed, we should simply update the workdir/index with the new contents of the two files.
